A bit about me! -
I’m a Newfoundlander - a tiny island off the coast of Canada. Being from Newfoundland fuels my ambition, my get-it-done attitude, my ‘we can make it happen if we work hard enough and as a team’ approach to everything. But above all - it makes me proud.
I’m passionate about creativity & storytelling. I love to make great work. I’m the client or account leader that agency creatives dream about. I don’t believe campaign optimization and mobile first mean sacrificing storytelling or craft. I believe in balance, and I believe in media and creative collaboration to make it happen.
I lead with transparency. I listen and I communicate. I love to lead and mentor my teams. To do that - I listen to my teams, I listen to my leadership, and I communicate from the ground up and the top down. My teams get clear, honest direction on expectations and company priorities. My leadership gets honest feedback on where there’s confusion, resourcing gaps and challenges to achieve company goals.
I love to be challenged. I want to be uncomfortable every once in awhile. That’s where the magic and growth happens. I like to take on the meaty business problems, thrown in the ring for the tough brief.
A bit more - I’m a performance-minded and creative leader with a unique blend of brand marketing, business marketing, creative agency, integrated marketing, creator marketing, programming, and tech company experience, I have a proven understanding of full funnel marketing at every angle.
I have 14+ years experience of effectively developing & executing strategies and integrated campaign ideas for both B2C and B2B brands that drive efficiency, accelerate creative excellence and drive business growth at a global scale. Cross-border collaboration is my specialty!
I have tons of experience navigating large, complex, global organizations with multiple stakeholder groups to deliver quality, thoughtful, strategic outputs.
